- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pint blueberries, rinsed and drained
- 🍓 2 pints fresh strawberries, rinsed and sliced
STEPS
Prepare the yellow cake according to the package instructions, and bake it in a 9x13-inch pan. Allow it to cool completely.
Frost the cooled cake evenly with the thawed whipped topping.
Decorate the cake by arranging blueberries in a square in the top left corner to represent the stars of the flag. Then, arrange the sliced strawberries in rows as red stripes to create the American flag design.
Chill the decorated cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
