INGREDIENTS
Nuts and Seeds
- 🌰 6 almonds
Vegetables
- 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Spices and Herbs
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled
- 🧂 Salt to taste

- 🍋 1 lemon, juiced

- 🥛 ½ cup heavy cream
- 🧈 2 tablespoons butter
Meat
- 🍗 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
STEPS
Soak almonds in water for 15-20 minutes and then drain.
Blend almonds, jalapeno peppers, garlic, ginger, cilantro, salt, lemon juice, and heavy cream to make a smooth marinade.
Place chicken pieces in a large non-metallic bowl and mix with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Preheat grill to high heat, lightly oil the grate, and thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Brush chicken with butter and cook skewers on the hot grill, slowly cooking until fully cooked.
