INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
- 💧 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Dry Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups bread flour
- 🧄 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil leaves
STEPS
Combine water, olive oil, sugar, and salt in the pan of a bread machine. Add flour, then sprinkle the garlic on top of the flour. Lastly, add yeast.
Turn the machine to the dough cycle. As the dough mixes, sprinkle with oregano and basil to your desired taste and color. Let it mix for 15-30 minutes. After mixing, allow the dough to rest for 5-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Spray a large pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray, place the dough on the pan, and add your choice of pizza toppings.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
