INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 350g diced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1 carrot, chopped
- 🥔 1 potato, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Sauce
- 💧 400ml water
- 100ml sake
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp consomme
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces, remove the core. Chop the carrot and potato into bite-sized pieces. Soak the potato in water and drain.
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat with all-purpose flour.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add the beef, and cook until browned. Remove from the pan.
Using the same pan, sauté the onion, carrot, and potato briefly.
Place the beef, vegetables, and sauce ingredients into the rice cooker and mix well.
Cook using the regular rice cooking mode. Once finished, repeat the cooking cycle once more.
