Cut the crab into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.

Prepare the vegetables: trim the mizuna and cut into 7cm pieces, trim and separate the enoki mushrooms, and slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.

In a pot, mix all the seasoning ingredients and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the crab, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients to the pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
