- 4 bell peppers
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Wash bell peppers and remove tops and seeds. Cut peppers in half and rub with vegetable oil.
