INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🍠90g sweet potato
- 120g lotus root

- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with salt, pepper, and potato starch.
Cut sweet potato into bite-sized pieces, microwave for 3 minutes, and prepare lotus root by peeling and slicing into thin half-moon shapes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add chicken skin-side down, and cook until golden brown.
Add sweet potato and lotus root to the pan, stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the sauce and mix well.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
