INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken thighs (500g)
Herbs & Spices
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Poke holes in the chicken skin with a fork and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Slice the garlic thinly.
Place half of the garlic slices and rosemary sprigs between the chicken skin and meat.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and place the chicken skin-side down. Cook over medium-low heat for 6 minutes until the skin becomes crispy. Remove excess fat with a paper towel during cooking.
Flip the chicken and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan, discard the rosemary, and slice the chicken into serving pieces. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
