INGREDIENTS

- 1 pound sausage
Dairy
- 🧀 1 pound processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cubed
Canned / Preserved
- 🍅 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
STEPS
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, breaking up sausage with a spatula as it cooks, about 10 minutes. Drain sausage and return to the skillet.
Add Velveeta® and RO-TEL®. Reduce heat to medium and cook until fully melted and combined, about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. For a thinner dip, add a splash of half and half in the last 5 minutes of cook time. Serve immediately.
