INGREDIENTS
Meatball Ingredients
- 300g ground beef
- 300g ground pork
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§‚ 0.5 tsp salt
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§… 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
Meatball Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Mix ground beef and ground pork in a bowl.
Add minced garlic, chopped green onion, oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sugar, and breadcrumbs to the meat mixture.
Knead the meat mixture thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into round meatballs of your desired size.
Heat a frying pan with adequate cooking oil and fry the meatballs, rolling them around to cook evenly.
Remove the cooked meatballs from the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, ketchup, and corn syrup to create the sauce. Heat until it simmers.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and roll them around to coat evenly.
Plate the meatballs and garnish with microgreens or fresh vegetables.
