INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Canned Fish
- 1 can (190g) saba canned in water
Canned Tomato
- 🍅 1/2 can (200g) chopped tomatoes
Seasoning
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
STEPS
Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince.
Boil a large pot of water, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add saba canned fish and sauté over medium heat for 1–2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, and 3 tbsp of saba canned juice. Simmer over medium-low heat for 4–5 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, mix well, and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
