INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Protein
- 1 can saba (mackerel) in water
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch komatsuna, chopped
Condiments
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Toppings
- Bonito flakes, as needed
STEPS
Drain the saba can. Mix the cooked white rice with the eggs in a bowl. Chop the komatsuna into 1 cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add the saba and komatsuna, stir-frying for about 2 minutes.
Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the rice becomes fluffy. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper, mixing well.
Serve on a plate and top with bonito flakes.
