- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce

- A pinch of white sesame seeds
STEPS
Drain the canned mackerel and roughly flake the fish.
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, then slice thinly crosswise.
Place the sliced bell peppers in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain any excess water.
Add the mackerel, sesame oil, and ponzu sauce to the container with the bell peppers and mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
