INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🥖 1 small baguette (120g)
Fish
- 190g canned saba (water-packed)
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), minced
Condiments
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese
- đź§€ 80g shredded pizza cheese
STEPS
Mince the onion finely.
Cut the baguette into 6cm pieces and hollow out the center.
In a bowl, mix the canned saba, minced onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and the hollowed-out bread pieces.
Place the baguette pieces on a baking tray, fill them with the mixture, and bake in a toaster oven for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
