INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (190g) saba miso
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), peeled and chopped
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cheese / Dairy
- đź§€ 20g pizza cheese
Garnish
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water, drain, and place in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until soft.
Drain the saba miso can and add the fish to the container with the potatoes. Add mayonnaise and mix lightly.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown. Garnish with chopped green onion.
