INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 can sliced canned ham
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥔 1/4 potato, diced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, diced
- 1 green chili, diced
- 8 parboiled water dropwort stems
Seasonings
- 3/4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
STEPS
Dice the potato, carrot, and green chili finely.
Slice the canned ham thinly and blanch in boiling water.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and blanch in boiling water with 1/2 tsp salt.
Season the diced vegetables with salt and stir-fry. Add rice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then mix well.
Shape the rice mixture into bite-sized balls.
Arrange water dropwort stems, king oyster mushrooms, and ham slices in order, place a rice ball on top, roll, and tie with water dropwort stems.
