INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 2 slices pork loin (300g)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Vegetables

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white miso
STEPS
Make small cuts between the lean and fatty parts of the pork loin to tenderize.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, white miso) in a storage bag.
Add the pork loin to the bag, massage gently, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the pork loin, and cook until browned.
Flip the pork, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the pork and garnish with chopped green onion.
