INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 20g sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 60g carrot, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper for garnish
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🍅 200ml unsalted tomato juice
STEPS
Slice the onion and carrot thinly.
Heat butter in a pot, add onion and carrot, sauté, then add sakura shrimp and cover to steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, and tomato juice) and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Blend the cooked mixture in a blender until smooth.
Return the mixture to the pot, add milk, and warm gently on low heat without boiling. Serve in bowls and garnish with pepper.
