INGREDIENTS
Bread
- š 1 slice of bread (8-cut)
Dairy
- š„ 200cc unsweetened soy milk
Seafood
- š¦ 1 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Vegetables
- š§ A pinch of chopped green onion
Condiments
- Chili oil to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Cut the bread into 2cm squares and toast for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sautƩ the sakura shrimp until fragrant.
Warm the soy milk in a microwave-safe container at 600W for about 2 minutes until just before boiling.
Mix the soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl, then pour the warmed soy milk into the mixture.
Top with sautƩed shrimp, chopped green onion, and drizzle chili oil. Serve with toasted bread.
