INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 100g fusilli pasta
Vegetables
- 🍅 80g cherry tomatoes
- 30g bell peppers (various colors)
- đź§… 30g chopped onion
Nuts
- 🌰 1 handful of mixed nuts
Cheese
- đź§€ Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Dressing
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- Black pepper to taste
STEPS
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Finely chop the onion.
Prepare bell peppers by slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil fusilli pasta in a large pot with water and 1% salt.
Mix cooked fusilli with prepared vegetables and oriental dressing in a mixing bowl.
Add one spoon of basil pesto and mix lightly.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Serve the salad pasta fresh and enjoy!
