- 🧂 10g salt
- 5g sweetener
- 2g white pepper
- Herbs to taste
Avocado Layer
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish Vegetables
- Fresh dill to garnish
- Lettuce to garnish
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes to garnish
Yogurt Mayonnaise Sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Basil Sauce
- Basil sauce to taste
STEPS
Marinate the salmon with salt, sweetener, white pepper, and herbs for 10 minutes.
