INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cheese
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
STEPS
Slice the onion thinly. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, then slice them thinly. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place onion, salmon, shimeji mushrooms, and bell peppers in order on aluminum foil. Top with mayonnaise and shredded pizza cheese, then seal the foil tightly.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan and add water to about 1cm depth. Cover with a lid and steam on low heat for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
