INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 4 pieces of salmon fillet
- 🥒 2 cm daikon, sliced into 5mm half-moons
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Place the salmon fillets and daikon slices into a heat-resistant bag.
In a small bowl, mix miso, soy sauce, sugar, and water until well combined.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the bag with the salmon and daikon.
Seal the bag and place it in a pot of boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the bag from the pot, open it, and serve the salmon and daikon with the sauce.
