INGREDIENTS
Fish
- š 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 150g kimchi
- š§ 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- š§ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the green onion lengthwise and slice thinly at an angle.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl, then add green onion and kimchi. Mix well.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place bean sprouts, salmon, and the kimchi mixture in layers on aluminum foil. Wrap tightly. Repeat to make 2 packets.
Bake in a toaster oven for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
