INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 8 green beans
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 4 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 💧 100 ml water
STEPS
Cut the green beans in half. Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise after halving them.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and coat them evenly with all-purpose flour.
Mix the sauce ingredients (fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and water) in a bowl until well combined.
Heat 2 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2–3 minutes and set aside.
Add another 2 tbsp of salad oil to the pan and fry the salmon fillets skin-side down for 2–3 minutes per side.
While still hot, toss the cooked vegetables and salmon in the sauce bowl to coat them thoroughly.
