INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 200g komatsuna
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Sauce
- 50ml unsweetened soy milk
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Wash and chop the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Prepare the mustard mayo sauce by mixing soy milk, mayonnaise, grain mustard, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Arrange the komatsuna and onion around the salmon.
Pour the mustard mayo sauce over the salmon and vegetables. Sprinkle shredded pizza cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
