INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🍄 80g eringi mushrooms
- 100g kimchi
- 🧅 35g green onions
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Salmon Preparation
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Adequate starch for coating
STEPS
Break maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces. Slice eringi mushrooms lengthwise and cut into 2cm widths. Chop green onions into 3cm lengths.
Cut salmon into 2cm widths. Mix with sake and soy sauce in a bowl, drain excess liquid, and coat with starch.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the salmon, cook until browned, flip, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean, heat the remaining sesame oil, and stir-fry the mushrooms and kimchi.
Add sake and soy sauce to the pan, mix briefly, then add the cooked salmon and green onions. Stir-fry quickly and finish with sesame seeds.
