INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 160g salted salmon
Liquid
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
STEPS
Place salted salmon and water in a frying pan, cover with a lid, and steam over medium heat. Let cool, then remove skin and bones, flaking the salmon into large pieces.
Return the flaked salmon to the pan, add sake and mirin, and heat over medium heat, stirring until the liquid evaporates.
Add soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds, stir to combine, and cook briefly.
