INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 150g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 4 shiso leaves
Staple
- 🍚 400g warm cooked rice
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the salmon fillet in half and slice thinly.
Thinly slice the onion and diagonally slice the green onions into 2cm pieces.
Mix the ingredients for the seasoning in a bowl.
Combine sesame oil and sliced onion in a bowl, mix until softened, then add salmon and seasoning mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with shiso leaves, marinated salmon and onion, egg yolk, and green onions. Repeat for the second serving.
