INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Marinade
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core using a toothpick. Cut the rosemary in half.
Cut the salmon into 4 equal portions.
Place the marinade ingredients and salmon in a resealable bag. Gently massage to coat the salmon without breaking the fillets. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated salmon with the marinade liquid. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes until golden. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
