INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🥦 150g small broccoli florets
- potato starch as needed
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Mayo Sauce
- 🧴 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
Season the salmon fillets with salt and coat them with beaten egg and potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the salmon until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the mayo sauce.
Combine the fried salmon and broccoli with the mayo sauce, tossing gently to coat evenly.
