- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
Condiments
- 🧴 3 tbsp mayonnaise
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Place the salmon fillets on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Remove skin and bones.
In a frying pan, add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and heat on low. Add the salmon and break it into flakes while cooking until the liquid reduces.
Transfer the salmon flakes to a bowl and mix with mayonnaise until evenly combined.
