INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
- 💧 500cc hot water
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Salmon Mayo Sauce
- 🐟 30g salmon flakes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 1 tbsp pasta cooking water
STEPS
Cut the pea shoots into thirds after removing the roots.
Place spaghetti (broken in half) into a microwave-safe container with hot water and 1/2 tsp salt. Microwave at 600W for 2–3 minutes longer than the package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of the cooking water and drain the rest.
Mix all the salmon mayo sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the pea shoots, cooked spaghetti, and salmon mayo sauce in the bowl. Mix well.
