INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk chopped green onion
- 1/4 pack radish sprouts
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Mayonnaise to taste
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and marinate in a bowl with sake, soy sauce, and salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
Slice the onion thinly and trim the roots off the radish sprouts.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, cook the salmon until browned on both sides, then add onion and green onion. Stir-fry until softened, then add the marinade.
Serve the cooked salmon mixture over warm rice, drizzle with mayonnaise, top with radish sprouts, and sprinkle with chili powder if desired.
