INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Fish
- 🐟 40g salted salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 🌱 20g frozen shelled edamame
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- Water as needed
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/4 tsp consomme
Finish
- 🧈 5g salted butter
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Sprinkle 1 tsp sake on the salmon and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Add soaked rice and seasonings (☆) to the rice cooker. Add water up to the 1-cup mark and mix well. Flatten the rice, then layer edamame, corn, and place the salmon on top. Cook as usual.
Once cooked, remove the salmon, discard skin and bones, and flake it back into the rice cooker. Mix well with the rice and add butter.
Serve the pilaf in a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
