- 🐟 2 fillets salted salmon

- 3g dried hijiki
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 🌱 1/2 piece ginger

- 1/3 sheet fried tofu
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Rinse the rice thoroughly and let it soak for 30 minutes.
Pat the salted salmon dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Cut the green onion, ginger, and fried tofu into small pieces.
Place the rice, hijiki, green onion, ginger, fried tofu, and soy sauce into the rice cooker.
Add the salmon fillets on top and start the rice cooker.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and ingredients before serving.
