INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/4 bag mizuna
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Protein
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
STEPS
Finely chop the salmon fillets and onion. Mix them with beaten egg, grated ginger, sake, and salt to form a meatball mixture.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar to make the teriyaki sauce. Pour it into the pan with the meatballs.
Simmer the meatballs in the sauce until it thickens and glazes the meatballs.
Serve the meatballs on a bed of mizuna.
