INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets (2 pieces)
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion (to taste)
Miso Mayo Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the root off the king oyster mushroom, slice it lengthwise in half, then cut into 1cm wide pieces. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the ingredients for the miso mayo sauce in a bowl.
Place cabbage on aluminum foil, then place salmon on top. Add king oyster mushrooms and drizzle with miso mayo sauce. Wrap tightly. Repeat to make 2 packets.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan, add water to about 1cm depth, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
