INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) yellowtail
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
Vegetables
- 30g grated daikon
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the yellowtail fillets. Place them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the yellowtail fillets and cook for about 4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
Plate the cooked yellowtail and serve with grated daikon and ponzu sauce on the side.
