- 250g pork loin (2 thick slices)
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 2 tbsp salt koji
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Make small cuts between the lean and fatty parts of the pork loin.
Slice the lemon thinly after cutting it in half vertically.
Place the marinade ingredients, pork, and lemon slices into a storage bag. Massage well and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and cook until browned. Flip and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
