INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 400g cabbage, chopped
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
- 3 slices ginger
Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp salt koji
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms, and slice the ginger thinly.
Mix sake and salt koji in a bowl until combined.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, and ginger, and stir until coated with oil. Add pork slices and pour the seasoning mixture over. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
