INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salt kombu
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- š§ 1/3 tsp garlic paste
- Pinch of black pepper
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them thinly.
Place the bell peppers in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix the ā seasonings. Add the bell peppers and salt kombu, then toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
