INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- đź’§ 90 ml water
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- Crab sticks as needed
- 🟢 Green peas as needed
STEPS
Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk, and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and gently stir with a spatula until semi-cooked.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl and flip the semi-cooked eggs on top.
In a saucepan, combine water, chicken broth powder, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and thicken with the cornstarch mixture.
Pour the sauce over the rice and eggs, drizzle with sesame oil, and garnish with crab sticks and green peas.
