INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings of Chinese noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/6 head of cabbage
- đź§… 1/2 stalk of green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Dried parsley to taste
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 50 ml water
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp pepper
STEPS
Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and cutting the body into 1cm rings. Separate the tentacles into pairs.
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares and finely chop the green onion.
Mix all the salt sauce ingredients in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, stir-fry the squid and cabbage until the squid changes color.
Add the Chinese noodles and stir-fry together. Pour in the salt sauce and mix thoroughly.
