INGREDIENTS

Sauces and Seasonings
- 💧 150cc water
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- A small amount of dashida seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
STEPS
Prepare the sauce by mixing water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, dashida, and a pinch of salt.
Beat 1 egg with a pinch of salt until well combined.
Slice the green onion and onion. Set aside.
Cook the pork belly strips in a pan until crispy.
Cut the cooked pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Place a serving of cooked rice in a bowl.
In a pan, add the prepared sauce and sliced onion. Bring to a boil.
