INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 200g frozen satoimo (taro)
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Defrost the frozen satoimo. Trim the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds.
In a bowl, mix the beef with sake and salt, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until it separates and begins to cook.
Add the satoimo and enoki mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the seasoning mixture and cook until thickened.
Serve the stir-fry on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
