INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🍤 5 shrimps (75g)
Vegetables
- 8 frozen satoimo (200g)
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 300 ml water
Thickener
- 1 tsp potato starch
- đź’§ 1 tsp water
STEPS
Peel and devein the shrimp, wash them, pat dry, and finely chop.
In a pot, combine the dashi ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the satoimo, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the satoimo.
Add the shrimp to the pot and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes. Thicken the sauce with the potato starch mixture.
Plate the satoimo, pour the shrimp sauce over, and garnish with grated ginger.
