INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 4 pieces satoimo (Japanese taro)
Seafood
- 1 piece cod roe
Condiment
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
Herb

STEPS
Peel the satoimo and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of salt, rub to remove slime, rinse thoroughly with water, and drain.
Place the satoimo in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 3 minutes until a skewer can easily pierce through.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the satoimo, cod roe, and mayonnaise. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
