Meat
- 1 pound frozen fully cooked beef and pork meatballs
Sauce
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons gochujang
- 🍯 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 🧄 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Arrange meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Near the end of meatball cooking time, heat sauce over medium-high heat until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
