INGREDIENTS

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 🍄 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 14 ounces sauerkraut - drained, rinsed and minced
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
